According to the testing results from 120 domestic laboratory on proficiency testing program of content of free formaldehyde in interior architectural coatings ( CNCA - 09 - A11 ) and compared the obvious discrepancy exiting in testing results of free formaldehyde content in coatings for interior wall by the tests carried out in relevant labs, a number of factors, including the method of standard curve drawing, heater selection, heating temperature, distillation time, the amount of residual liquid of heating distillation and the size of distillation unit in the pretreatment process were summarized and analyzed and the appropriate measures were suggested. It is also stated that the main cause of the differences came from the unnormative process - methods of pretreatment. Therefore, it's very necessary to formulate standard and detailed operation instruction for improving consistency of testing rusults no matter the tests carried out inter -labs or intra -labs.%根据参加内墙涂料中游离甲醛含量检测能力验证(CNCA-09-A11)的120家国内实验室的检测结果,比较了我国相关领域实验室内墙涂料中游离甲醛含量检测结果存在的差异,总结和分析了前处理过程中标准曲线绘制方法、加热器选择、加热温度、蒸馏时间、加热蒸馏残留液多少、蒸馏装置大小等对检测结果的影响,并提出相应建议.指出前处理过程方法不统一是检测结果产生差异的主要原因,阐明了研究制定与标准对应的详细作业指导书对进一步提高实验室内和实验室间检测结果一致性的必要性.
