环氧树脂/热塑性丙烯酸树脂共混固化产生褶皱的机理

         

摘要

用数码相机记录了环氧树脂/热塑性丙烯酸树脂体系在恒温鼓风式烘箱中固化产生褶皱的整个过程,对该体系未固化完毕的涂层施加外力后产生了褶皱,最后用针挑开该体系未固化完毕的涂层观察了其固化情况,提出假设的机理.采用实验的方法,对相同体系换成由基材底部受热的固化方式,用SEM观察涂层的断面相结构,分别对假设部分做了实验验证.实验结果与提出的假设相符合,证明了涂层产生褶皱的机理.%Using digital cameras recorded the entire process of wrinkle formation during the curing of the epoxy resin/thermoplastic acrylic resin system in oven. When an external force was placed onto the coating system that was not cured completely, the wrinkles will be formed on the surface of the coating. The internal uncured completely coating layer was observed visually. The mechanism of wrinkle formation during curing process of blend was proposed. The same coating system was cured, experimently, by heating the substrate instead of coating itself and phase structure on crossection was observed. The proposal was verified by experiment. Which indicated a complete correspondance with the proposal confirming the wrinkling mechanism.
