水性卷材涂料用聚酯树脂的制备及涂层性能研究

摘要

This article reported a series of waterborne polyesters modified by using 5-SSI-PA.Several factors which affected the properties of the coating were studied.It was found that if a hydrophilic functional monomer 5-SSIPA was introduced into the polyester resin by a two -step process,the resin would be more hydrophilic than the one prepared by one-step process.The more dosage of 5-SSIPA used,the more hydrophilic the resin was.However,if the amount was too large,the curing reaction on the surface would be too fast,which might reduce the performance of the coating film.%本文采用间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠(5-SSIPA)对聚酯树脂进行改性,合成了一种水性改性聚酯树脂,并用其制备卷材涂料,研究了影响涂层性能的因素.结果表明:通过两步法的工艺,将亲水性功能单体5-SSIPA引入聚酯树脂中,亲水性功能单体5-SSIPA的用量越大,树脂的亲水性越好,但是其用量太大,表面固化反应速度太快,会影响漆膜的性能.
