醇酸-丙烯酸酯杂化乳液的制备及其性能研究

         

摘要

The alkyd - acrylic hybrid emulsion was prepared by using nonylphenol polyoxyethylene (4) ether ammonium sulfate(CO -436) as emulsifier,ammonium persulfate as initiator, different oil -length alkyd and acrylic as comonomers. The effect of oil - length of alkyds, alkyd/acrylic ratio (m/m) ,the kinds and dosage of emulsifiers and initiators on the hybrid emulsion was investigated. The thermal property and particle size distribution of the hybrid emulsion were characterized by DSC and laser particle size tester. The results showed that at the same glass transition temperature ( Tg = 25. 6℃) , film forming property of the hybrid emulsion was better than styrene - acrylic system. The optimum oil - length of alkyd was 62%~67% , alkyd/acrylic =3: 7 (m/m) , dosage of emulsifier 2. 0%~2.5% and the dosage of initiator 0. 4%~0.8%.%以壬基酚聚氧乙烯(4)醚硫酸铵(CO-436)为乳化剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,采用不同油度醇酸树脂和丙烯酸酯为共聚单体制备醇酸-丙烯酸酯杂化乳液,对醇酸树脂油度、醇酸树脂/丙烯酸酯质量比、乳化剂和引发剂种类、用量对杂化乳液的影响进行了研究.采用DSC、激光粒度分布仪等测试仪器分别对杂化乳液中聚合物的热性能、杂化乳液的粒径分布进行了表征.结果表明:在同样的玻璃化转变温度(Tg=25.6℃)下,杂化乳液的成膜性优于苯丙乳液.醇酸树脂的适宜油度为62% ~ 67%,醇酸树脂和丙烯酸酯的质量比为3∶7,乳化剂的适宜用量为2.0%~2.5%,引发剂的适宜用量为0.4% ~0.8%.
