微小质量片状物料自动重量分选机的设计

摘要

根据钕铁硼产品的特点,设计了微小质量片状物料自动重量分选机,解决了生产过程中产品检验环节的瓶颈问题,达到了用户使用要求.本文重点阐述了分选机的结构原理、工作过程、主要零部件及控制方案设计,通过用户使用分析总结了分选机的特点及改进思路.%According to the Nd-Fe-B characteristics of the product, design an automatic weight sorter for small quality sheet materials. It is solve the core problem of the production process and its product testing links to achieve the user requirements. This article focuses on the structural principle of the equipment, work process, the main components and control design. Then analysis summarizes the characteristics of the sorting machine and improvement ideas according to user.
