基于时间自校准的多头灌装控制系统

摘要

针对市场上现有称重灌装机的缺陷，开发了基于时间自校准的多头灌装控制系统。采用集散控制系统（ DCS ）作为系统硬件结构，提高了系统的灵活性和通用性，便于灌装系统扩展不同灌装头数；软件上采用重量反馈进行误差补偿，确保了系统的控制精度；采用时间自校准控制整个系统的灌装时间，保证了多个灌装头关断一致性，提高了系统对不同灌装液体的适应能力。%For supplying defects of weighing and bagging machines available on the market ,the bulls fill-ing control systems based on time-self-calibration has been developed .The system′s flexibility and versatility has been improved and filling heads of filling system has been expended easily by the hardware structure of the system using distributed control system ( DCS);the control precision has been controlled by the software using error compensation of weight feedback;on the one hand the method of the self-calibration control reduced the entire system filling time ,and on the other hand it ensured the consistency of multiple filling heads ,improving the system′s ability of adapting to different filling liquids .
