跟骨锁定重建钛板加自体髂骨植骨治疗Sanders Ⅲ型跟骨骨折

摘要

目的 探讨应用跟骨锁定重建钛板加自体髂骨植骨治疗治疗SandersⅢ型跟骨骨折的临床疗效. 方法32例SandersⅢ型跟骨骨折患者采用跟骨锁定重建钛板内固定加自体髂骨植骨.男21例,女11例.年龄23～65岁,平均39.6岁.结果 全部32例患者均获随访,平均16个月(8～24个月).优16例,良15例,可1例,优良率96.9%.结论 跟骨锁定重建钛板加自体骼骨植骨治疗治疗SandersⅢ型跟骨骨折可获得满意的临床效果,值得推广应用.%Objective to explore the clinical effect of Locked Calcaneus Reconstruction Titanium Plates and Autologous Transplantation Ilium in treating Sanders Ⅲ Calcaneus Farctures. Methods 32 patients with caleanens farctures were treat-ed.with Locked Calcanens Reconstruction Titanium Plates and Autologous Transplantation Ilium.21 patients were male,and 11 were female,the age rangs from 23～65 years,averaging out at 39.6years. Results All the patients were followed-up during the time8～24 months,average at 16 months.Excellent results were noted inl6 farctures,good in 15,fair in 4,and excellent and good rates were 96.9%. Conclusions Locked Calcaneus Reconstruction Titanium Plates and Autologous Transplantation Ilium is the best weys of treatment, worth of spreading.
