军械装备军民一体化维修保障机制建设研究

摘要

To effectively solve the insufficient army ordnance equipment maintenance support, improve the ordnance equipment civil-military integration maintenance support operation efficiency, according to the related mechanism design theory, use systematic analysis method, and deeply research the ordnance equipment civil-military integration maintenance support mechanism. From the mechanism relationship, analyze ordnance equipment civil-military integration maintenance security situation, establish 6 mechanisms for safeguard. From the chain mechanism, make clear entirety, relevance and the importance among mechanisms. Focus on analysis of the most important 3 mechanisms in mechanism chain and provide ordnance equipment civil-military integration of maintenance support orderly operation with theoretical guidance.%　　为有效解决部队军械装备维修保障能力不足的问题，提高军械装备军民一体化维修保障运行效果，根据机制的相关设计理论，运用系统分析相结合的方法，对军械装备军民一体化维修保障机制进行深化研究。从机制的关系角度出发，通过分析军械装备军民一体化维修保障现状，建立保障的6个机制，从机制链的角度明确各方机制间的整体性、关联性和重要性，并着重对机制链中最关键的3方面机制进行分析，为军械装备军民一体化维修保障的有序运行提供理论指导。
