球注法装药与注装法装药的工艺特性

摘要

Aiming at the current situation of loading charge injection method, the technology characteristics of loading charge injection and the ball charge injection were studied. From the charging method characteristics, process parameters, charging quality and safety degree of automation and other aspects of the ball charge injection and the loading charge injection are analyzed and compared, and according to characteristics of two charge methods and current development situation of domestic ammunition industry, analyze its future development trend. Results showed that, the ball charge injection has better quality, shorter production cycle, simple operation, and automatic rapid loading capacity; the loading charge injection in a charge cycle should replace injection equipment several times, and it is not fully automation. Therefore a conclusion can be drawn, the ball charge injection technology characteristic is better than the loading charge injection.%　　针对使用注装法进行弹药装药的现状，对注装法装药和球注法装药的工艺特性进行研究。从装药方法特点、工艺参数、装药质量和安全自动化程度等方面对球注法装药和注装法装药进行分析比较，并根据这2种装药方法各自的特点及国内兵工行业发展现状，分析其未来的发展趋势。研究结果表明：球注法装药质量较高，生产周期短，操作简单，具备自动快速装药生产能力；注装法装药在一次装药过程中需要更换多次注装，距离全自动化还有一定距离。因此可以得出结论，球注法装药的工艺特性优于注装法装药。
