破甲弹精密压装HMX炸药技术

             

摘要

For improving charge density of high-explosive anti-tank (HEAT) and reducing risk in producing, aiming at characters of Octogen-8 explosive, carry out bidirectional precise charge technique design and verify feasibility. From development of explosive pressing and charging technologies in China and abroad, taking certain type high-explosive anti-tank shaped charge as example, combine with product specific technology requirements, optimize bidirectional charge technique regulation, and research on power system, control system, control strategy and so on. Furthermore, improve control accuracy of technique parameter such as press pressure and velocity. The practice verifies: through HMX loading, this shaped charge can improve penetration power of more than 40%, and has extensive military application prospect.%为提高破甲弹炸药装药密度、降低生产制造风险,针对聚奥-8炸药特性进行自动双向精密压装药工艺方案设计及可行性验证。从国内外炸药压装技术研究进展出发,以现有某型号破甲弹聚能装药为例,结合产品具体技术要求,优化自动双向压药工艺规程,对动力系统、控制系统、控制策略等进行研究,进而提高压药机压力、压制速度等工艺参数的控制精度。实际证明:聚能装药通过装填高能 HMX 炸药,其破甲威力提高40%以上,具有广泛的军事应用前景。
