为满足自动物流控制系统在不同环境中的生产要求,设计一种以最优化算法为核心的自动物流控制系统。该系统由 PLC、变频器、电机及传送带组成,通过对变频器建模分析,建立物流自动控制系统、中央控制系统处理模拟量和比例控制过程,并通过PLC程序编写速度响应程序段,解决了由于模具过多产生的拥堵卡滞现象,提高了系统的效率。分析结果表明:该系统提高了响应速度,满足控制性能的要求,在提高系统效率和降低成本上成效显著,并已在自动物流控制生产线上成功运行。%For met manufacture requirements of automatic logistics control system in different environment, designed automatic logistics control system which taking optimal algorithm as the core. The system consists of PLC, inverter, motor, and transmission belt, by analyzed inverter modeling, established logistics automatic control system, central control system processing analog and proportion control process, compile speed response program segment by PLC program, and solved the phenomenon of jam and seizure caused by many grinding tools, and improved the system efficiency. The analysis results show the system improves response speed, satisfy control performance requirements, and the system is good at improving system efficiency and reducing cost. It has been applied in automatic logistics control line.
