Firstly the using PMD compensation scheme is introduced, and then the hardware of artificial fish swarm algorithm(AFSA) processing unit for PMD compensation is mainly designed. Secondly the analog-digital and digital-analog interface diagrams are also shown.Thirdly the work process of PMD compensation adopting AFSA is elaborated.At last a 100Gbps return-to-zero (RZ) PMD compensation simulation shows that the processing unit has a fast iteration speed and good compensation effect.%首先介绍了采用的PMD补偿方案,重点进行了基于人工鱼群算法(AFSA)的PMD补偿处理单元的硬件设计,其次给出了模数和数模接口设计框图,详细阐述了人工鱼群算法用于PMD补偿的工作过程,最后通过100Gb/s归零(RZ)码二阶PMD补偿仿真实验表明,该处理单元迭代速度快,补偿效果良好.
