介绍了多路射频光传输组件的2种不同设计方案,并对2种方案进行了比较,给出了2种不同设计方案的优缺点和适合使用的场合.重点分析了射频光传输的调制特性及温度变化对输出光功率和光波长的影响,在此基础上,分析并设计了自动温度控制和自动功率控制电路,并最终研制了多路射频光传输组件产品.%In this paper,two different design schemes of multi channel RF optical transmission assembly are introduced and compared.The advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes are also introduced.The modulation characteristics of RF optical transmission and the influence of temperature variation on the output power and wavelength are analyzed.On this basis,the automatic temperature control and automatic power control circuit are analyzed and designed.Finally,a multi channel RF optical transmission assembly is developed.
