Combining with heat engineering in Xiwan Open-pit Mine, according to the field condition, the article presents four heat source schemes (coal-fired boiler, gas boiler and power plant for steam and power plant building first station to supply hot-water), and carries out on comparing from the safety, technology, economy, feasibility aspects.%结合西湾露天矿供热工程实例，根据现场条件提出4种热源方案（燃煤锅炉、燃气锅炉、电厂供蒸汽、电厂建首站供热水），从安全、技术、经济、可行性方面进行比选。
