基于MESH技术的油井远程监控系统在华北油田的应用

         

摘要

随着油田进入后期滚动开发,配套油井数据及视频监控系统的增容扩建已成为常态,然而传统的数据无线传输、视频光缆传输的“两条路”监控模式为后期建设带来不便。基于MESH网络技术的油水井远程监控系统由抽油机井下层监测单元、视频监控单元、MESH终端、中控室服务器及数据处理中心站组成。MESH无线网状网通信技术具有自组网、自管理、自动修复、自我平衡等智能优势,适用于井场周边环境复杂、地形起伏、遮挡严重的地区。华北油田应用该技术,实现了油井数据与视频信号的同步全无线传输,全新的远程监控模式具有灵活、稳定、可扩展的特点。%With the oil field entering the rolling development stage, the expansion of sup-porting data detection systems and video surveillance systems for the oil well has become nor-mal. However, the traditional mode called "two way monitoring" (the oil well data uses the wireless transmission, the video signal uses the optical cable transmission) is inconvenient for the later construction. Remote monitoring system of oil and water wells based on MESH network technology includes:pumping down hole layer monitoring unit, video monitoring unit, the MESH terminal, central control room server and data processing center. MESH technology has the advantages of self networking, self management, automatic repair, self balancing,and so on.It is suitable for the area which is complex,terrain,and many obsta-cles. Combined with the independent development of oil well remote monitoring system, the HuaBei oilfield used the technology to achieve the full wireless transmission of the data and video signals.The new remote monitoring mode is flexible,stable and scalable.
