羊三木高黏起泡原油矿场分离工艺优化及应用

         

摘要

羊三木油田原油属于起泡原油,在原油脱水过程中因降压、升温等原因,溶解气泡上升至原油液面,由于原油黏度较高,在原油液面形成泡沫层,使分离器中出现假性液面,导致分离器的液面很难控制,造成油水分离不彻底,影响分离效率,分离后的原油含水率较高,影响下一段脱水效果。通过开展起泡原油的产生机理及处理对策研究,利用带有消泡装置的三相分离器对处理工艺进行优化,最终使天然气充分脱出,可减少原油起泡对脱水过程的影响,保证脱后原油含水达标,还为加热炉提供了燃料,降低了系统能耗。%Crude oil in Yangsanmu Oilfield is foamy oil. In the process of crude oil dehy-dration, associated gas will rise to the surface of the crude oil due to pressure drop and tem-perature rising.Because of the high viscosity of crude oil,foam layer will arise on the surface and bring about false liquid level in separator, which can cause difficulty to control the liquid level of the separator and influence separation efficiency. Oil-water separation is not com-pletely, and water content of crude oil is high, which can affect dehydration effect of next stage. By means of studying on the mechanism and treatment strategy of foamy crude, using three phase separator with a bubble removing device to optimize the optimizing treatment technology, associated gas will be separated completely, which can reduce the impact of foamy crude dehydration, keep water content under standard, provide fuel to heater, and reduce system energy consumption.
