两化融合推进稠油SAGD高效开发

摘要

Fusion of industrialization and informatization to advance efficiently development of heavy oil is an inevitable trend, SAGD technology is one of the effective methods for the development of heavy oil.The construction of the internet of things can realize the monitor-ing and precise control for whole SAGD production process, but both the imperfect of matching information construction of SAGD and the low level of information application are becoming critical restricting factors to prevent the fusion of industrialize and informatization. By combing the strategic objectives of oil field production, combining internet of things and big data analysis techniques etc., and to put forward the idea of fused construction, to solve the existing problems of information construction lagging in the development of SAGD. Via optimizing SAGD production business process, adjusting the structure of labor organization, building SAGD production process information platform three ways to promote the fusion be-tween industrialization and informatization and efficient development of SAGD, above thought can be used for reference in other construction of the oilfield.%SAGD技术是稠油开发的有效手段之一，工业化与信息化两化融合发展是提升稠油高效开发的必然趋势，现场物联网的建设可实现SAGD生产过程的全流程监控与精细调控，但SAGD配套信息化建设不完善、应用水平低，也成为制约SAGD两化融合发展的关键因素。通过梳理油田生产战略目标，结合物联网、大数据分析等技术，提出融合建设的思路，解决了目前SAGD开发存在的信息化建设滞后问题。优化SAGD生产业务流程，调整劳动组织结构，搭建SAGD生产过程信息平台，推进工业化与信息化融合发展与SAGD高效开发，其思路可供其他油田建设参考。
