110 kV FXT11型SF6断路器充气阀改造

摘要

由于充气阀密封性不良，大庆油田供电公司杏南工区所辖110 kV FXT11型SF6断路器频发气压异常报警事故，大大降低了断路器的灭弧能力，给电网安全运行带来了巨大隐患。原厂充气阀无法入厂大修更换，没有备品备件，为此参照35 kV LW8-35B型SF6断路器充气阀的设计原理，对FXT11型断路器充气阀进行了改造，配备新的弹簧、自封阀和密封胶垫。实践证明，改造后的新充气阀可以代替原厂的充气阀。%Owing to the sealing defects of pneumatic valve, the 110 kV FXT11 SF6 circuit breaker which belongs to Xingnan branch of power supply company transmits the signal of“Pressure Abnormity” frequently.Thus the arc extinguishing capability of this circuit break-er decreased significantly,the grid security was also threatened vastly.The original pneumat-ic valve can’ t replace when the circuit breaker is overhauling, the corresponding spare parts are insufficient. Technicians launched a pneumatic valve modification for 110 kV FXT11 SF6 circuit breaker, taking the design principle of 35kV LW8-35B SF6 circuit breaker for refer-ence. The result of actual experiment is manifested that the new pneumatic valve can substi-tute the original one.
