Safah油田轻质原油采出液脱盐破乳剂的研制

摘要

Safah Oilfield produced light crude oil and high salinity produced water. Using incumbent demulsifier,the salt content of dehydrated oil was over target requirement 57 mg/L (20 PTB).Therefore,desalting demulsifier DE9017 was developed,and it was used at Sa-fah and Al Barakah central production facility and the satellite stations of them in field test.By using DE9017,the salt content of dehydrated oil was under 30 mg/L,the dehydration effect and the separation water quality were also better than incumbent demulsifier with the same treatment process and injection rates of demulsifier.%中东Safah油田所产原油为轻质原油，水相矿化度高，在用破乳剂无法满足脱后油中含盐浓度低于57 mg/L的指标要求，为此，研制了具有脱盐功能的破乳剂DE9017，并在Safah油田Safah、Al Barakah两个中心站及其卫星站进行了现场应用，在不改变原有加药量及生产工艺的条件下，与现场在用破乳剂相比，脱后原油含盐浓度降低至30 mg/L以下，达到了指标要求，同时脱水效果、分离出水水质也得到改善。
