番禺34-1气田乙二醇回收系统的设计改进

         

摘要

Mono-ethylene glycol recovery unit (MRU) of Panyu 34-1 Gas Field is the first application in the domestic self-support gas field and it is also learning the ropes in the world.The system has design deficiencies in security system,technological process,product quality control, tank structure, etc. To solve these problems, measures are taken on site, including equipment improvement and optimization, process optimization, process reform, etc. By field application, the related problems in production are well solved, the operation safety was improved, the product quality was guaranteed and the system management was strengthened. At the same time, experience was accumulate for the MRU operation by which laid a solid foundation for promising research.%PY34-1气田脱盐乙二醇回收系统在国内自营气田应用属首例,在国际应用也是处于摸索阶段。该系统在安全系统、工艺流程、产品质量控制和罐体结构等方面的设计上存在诸多不足,通过对系统问题进行分析提出了系列优化改进措施,包括设备完善和重新选型、工艺优化和流程改造等。经过现场改造,提高了系统操作的安全性,保证了产品质量,增强了系统管理,为乙二醇回收系统的操作积累了经验,为未来的研究奠定了基础。
