弱碱三元驱注入端高压自控装置的优化改进

         

摘要

某弱碱三元驱工业化示范区采用“低压二元-高压二元”注入工艺,由于三元液中碱的存在,使得注入端结垢问题严重影响了有效注入时率。针对高压二元自控装置由于结垢出现的阀芯卡死、电动机烧坏及水量瞬时波动大等问题进行了改进,从表面粗糙度和阀芯材质方面设计优选防垢阀芯降低结垢速度,增加流量计限位保护功能降低电动机故障率,优化流量计电极和衬里的材质减小水量波动误差,高度集成控制板及表头减轻维护工作量,通过多项改进降低了因高压二元自控装置的不适应性导致的各项注入指标的误差,有效提高了弱碱三元复合驱的注入时率。%“Low pressure duality-high pressure duality” injection process is adopted in a weak base ASP flooding industrial demonstration zone.The Scale at the injection end severe-ly affect the injection time rate because of the existence of alkali in ASP liquid. The system design must be optimized for the valve core of the binary high pressure automatic control de-vice is jammed due to the scale, the motor burned out and the water instantaneous volatility. The less surface roughness and the anti-scale valve core were selected for which could effect the scaling rate, the flowmeter limit protect function was added to reduce the motor failure, the electrode and lining material of flow meter were optimized to reduce water fluctuation er-ror,the control panel and headers were highly integrated to reduce the maintenance workload. Those a number of improvements reduce the indicator errors of high pressure duality self-control devices which unaccommodated before, and the weak base ASP flooding injection rate was effectively improved .
