新型燃煤注汽锅炉的研制及其在稠油开采中的应用

         

摘要

In order to control the risk problem of high salt content in feed water of steam-injection boil-ers and ensure the operation safety of steam-injection boilers, a new type of circulating fluidized bed (CFB) steam injection boiler using coal as fuel and producing superheat steam is developed.The new type of boiler adopts stage evaporation and the natural circulation technology,and the heating surface arrange-ment plan is optimized,constructing many 130 t/h coal-fired steam-injection boilers.A 5-year opera-tion experience in Fengcheng operation area of Xinjiang Oilfield show that the coal-fired steam-injection boiler technology is safe and reliable, and the proportion of mixed wastewater reaches 60% while the steam superheat degree of superheat reach 20℃.Such a technology provides technical guarantee for rea-sonably using rich local coal resource and reducing the consumption of natural gas in Xinjiang area.%为解决注汽锅炉给水含盐量高带来的风险问题,保证注汽锅炉运行的安全,开发研制了一种以煤为燃料生产过热蒸汽的新型循环流化床燃煤注汽锅炉.该新型锅炉采用创新的分段蒸发自然循环水动力技术,并对受热面布置方案进行优化,建成了多台130 t/h的燃煤注汽锅炉.燃煤注汽锅炉在新疆油田风城作业区近5年的实际运行表明,其技术安全可靠,污水掺混比例达到60%,蒸汽过热度达到20℃,为新疆地区合理利用当地丰富的煤矿资源,节省天然气消耗提供了技术保障.
