在稠油开采过程中,存在缺少大吨位锅炉配套水处理装置,且小型水处理装置不能满足区域多台小吨位注汽锅炉供水需求的问题.针对生产现场的实际需求,研制了50 t/h水处理装置,该装置能为大吨位注汽锅炉提供锅炉用水,而且采用智能等量水分配装置,可同时为多台小吨位注汽锅炉供水.该装置水处理采用两级逆流再生离子交换设备,能有效去除水中的有害离子和溶解氧,实现水质的自动检测、报警;采用水质闭环自动控制、再生流程开环自动控制,实现锅炉水质的自动处理;还可作为锅炉储备水源,解决燃煤注汽锅炉停电所带来的爆管危险.该装置具有自动化程度高、占地面积小、运行速度快、出水水质稳定、耐腐蚀能力强、使用寿命长等特点,完全可满足油田水质需求,具有很高的行业推广价值.%In the extraction process of heavy oil, water treatment devices for large tonnage boilers are lacking,and small-scale water treatment devices cannot meet the water supply need of many small ton-nage steam injection boilers in the area. Aiming at the actual need of the production site, the 50 t/h water treatment device is developed, which can provide boiler water for large tonnage steam injection boilers. It can supply water for many small tonnage steam injection boilers at the same time by the in-telligent water equal distribution device. The device uses two-stage countercurrent regeneration ion exchange device, which can effectively remove harmful ions and dissolved oxygen in water and realize automatic detection and alarm of water quality;it uses automatic control of water quality closed loop and regeneration process open loop, which can realize the automatic treatment of boiler water quality. It also can be used as boiler water reserves, solving the tube explosion danger due to outage of coal-fired steam injection boilers. This type of water treatment device has advantages of high automaticity, small floor area, quick operation speed, stable water quality, high corrosion resistance, long service life, which can completely satisfy the water quality need of oilfields and have high industry promotion value.
