含硫化氢稠油井口产出液密闭取样装置研究

         

摘要

辽河稠油油田以蒸汽吞吐开发方式为主,在开发过程中出现了高浓度硫化氢气体,常规的手轮式闸板阀门露天取样法可能威胁人身安全及环境.对辽河油田现场调研,基于整体抓样的思路,设计出新型稠油井口密闭取样装置,在不影响流动情况下实现密闭取样,取样安全,不易冻堵.建立了密闭取样器三维模型,结合现场数据,模拟取样过程,分析了取样周期、硫化氢气体含量、原油流速对取样误差的影响.在取样阀旋转取样过程中,由于油样受挤压及剪切力作用,取样误差很大,但当取样结束即取样阀旋转90°时,油样各成分含量与真实值相差很小,误差均在2%以内.该取样装置为解决稠油油田取样过程中存在的人员安全、环境污染和冬季冻堵问题提供了帮助.%The development way of Liaohe heavy oil field is mainly the steam stimulation,and during the process high concentration of hydrogen sulfide gas occurs. The conventional open-air sampling method using the hand wheel valve may threaten the personal safety and environment. The field re-search in Liaohe Oilfield is conducted, and based on the idea of grasping samples as a whole, a new type of heavy oil wellhead closed sampling device is designed, which can closely take samples without affecting the flow status,safely take samples and is not easy to freeze and block up.The three- dimen-sional model of the closed sampler is established, combined with the field data the sampling process is simulated, and the effects of sampling rate, hydrogen sulfide gas content and crude oil velocity on the sampling error are analyzed.In the rotary sampling process of the sampling valve,due to the compres-sion and shearing force on the rotary oil sample,the sampling error is very big.But when the sampling is over,namely when the sampling valve is rotated 90 degrees,the content of each component of sam-ples is quite close to the real one, with the error less than 2%. The sampling device provides help for the personnel safety, environment pollution and freeze blockage problem in winner during the sam-pling process in the heavy oil field.
