Most oilfields in North China are under rolling development, showing characteristics of"far, small, low, scattered" (far away from the system, small scale, low productivity and scattered distribution). In order to ensure small fault blocks and scattered wells can fully play a role, the tempo-rary water injection development model is used.The container-type water injection device has charac-teristics of miniaturization, unification, integration, skid-mounted package, networking and intelli-gence. The device is composed of the water injection pump house and the water tank, thus through the control system of the pump house the water well can be controlled. Meanwhile, the device can give an alarm or shut down when special situations such as overload,overpressure and too high temper-ature of lubricating oil occur, thus the whole system safe operation without people on duty can be guaranteed. After using the container-type water injection device, the daily oil production of the west-31 oil production station in North China Oilfield increases,balancing between injection and pro-duction is realized and the development effects are improved. The surface construction of the device can averagely save investment by 600000 yuan, save land occupation by 325 m2, and shorten the de-sign period by 10 days. The device adapts to the construction characteristics for small fault blocks in North China Oilfield, increases the speed and flexibility of surface construction, and prompts the transformation of management methods and the improvement of management level.%华北大部分油田是滚动开发,呈现出"远、小、低、碎"(远离系统、规模小、产能低、分布零碎)的特点.为确保小断块及零散井能充分发挥作用,需要采用临时注水的开发模式.集装箱式注水装置具有小型化、一体化、集成化、橇装化、网络化、智能化等特点,由注水泵房和水箱组成,通过注水泵房的控制系统可以实现对注水井的监控,同时该装置还拥有超载、超压、润滑油温过高等特殊情况下的报警或停机功能,可确保无人值守时整套系统的安全运行.在华北油田西31采油站应用集装箱式注水系统后,日产油量升高,实现了注采平衡,开发效果有所改善.该装置的地面建设方式平均节约投资60万元,节约占地325 m2,缩短设计周期10天,适应了华北小断块油田建设特点,提高了地面建设速度和灵活性,促进了管理方式的转变和管理水平的提高.
