物联网技术在输气站场建设中的应用展望

         

摘要

输气管道系统利用传感器、网络传输和应用层程序,实现了物与物的连接,是广义物联网的重要组成部分.为保证管道的安全、可靠、高效运行,分析了物联网技术在输气站场建设中的应用方向,包括SCADA系统向物联网过渡、机组监控与诊断、智能安防、智能巡检和设备管理系统、3D可视化与移动应用等.利用物联网技术,可实现监控、安全、分析等功能于一体的管道智能化管理,建设具有世界先进水平的国际化管道.%The gas pipeline is an important part of the internet of things (IoT),composed of sensors, network and applications.IoT puts all items or people with a network connection in a target environ-ment.The application of IoT in gas transmission stations to ensure the safety,reliability and efficiency of pipelines from five aspects are analyzed: transition from SCADA to IoT,monitoring and diagnosis of compressor,intelligent security,intelligent patrol and enterprise asset management (EAM),3D visual-ization and mobile apps and so on.Intelligent pipelines integrated multiple functions such as monitor-ing,security management and professional analysis are built by using IoT technology.Thus the goal of building international pipelines with world's advanced level is achieved.
