质量流量计原油贸易计量的性能测试研究

摘要

In order to verify the ability of mass flowmeter used for crude oil trade measurement,the mass flowmeter for liquid hydrocarbon trade measurement is researched,a series variable viscosity performance test with water,crude oil and diesel oil using laboratory calibration device is conducted,and the case with crude oil measurement is analyzed.The test results show that the flow meter has good repeatability and linearity in different medium viscosity.In the field application in Daqing Petrochemical Refinery,the relative error of the measurement ratio is-0.067％ compared with that of roots flowmeter of the full yenr 2006.It basically meets the requirements of crude oil trade measurement.%为了验证质量流量计用于原油贸易计量的可行性,调研了可用于液态烃贸易计量的质量流量计,利用实验室检定装置对CMF300型质量流量计进行了以水、原油和柴油为介质的变黏度性能测试,对其用于原油计量的案例进行了分析.试验结果表明,该型流量计在不同的黏度介质测试中具有较好的重复性和线性度.在大庆石化炼厂的现场应用中,与腰轮流量计2006年全年的计量比对结果是相对误差为-0.067％,基本具备原油贸易交接计量的性能要求.
