海上高凝原油管道流动安全保障方案研究

         

摘要

海底管道是海上油气开发生产的生命线,高凝原油输送管道的流动安全保障问题尤其突出.以渤海某油田高凝原油安全输送为研究对象,对高凝原油输送管道(新建管道与依托老海管)的流动安全保障方案进行了设计.经管输模型计算可知:A—B2管道在2036年不满足安全输量,需要掺水外输;B2—C管道在2029年不满足安全输量,需要掺水外输.同时对联网供电油田的输送管网按照四种不同失电工况的海管置换方案进行了设计.通过分析及软件模拟,确定A—B2管道预热方案采用反向预热,预热水流量100 m3/h,预热时间4.1 h;B2—C管道采用B1平台水源井水通过海管输送至B2平台后进行预热,预热水流量70 m3/h,预热时间47.4 h.%The submarine pipeline is the lifeline of offshore oil and gas development and production, and the problem of flow assurance for the transportation pipeline of high solidifying point crude oil is particularly outstanding. Taking the high solidifying point crude oil safety transportation of some field in the Bohai Sea as an example, the flow assurance scheme of pipelines of high solidifying point crude oil transportation (new-built pipelines and old submarine pipelines) is designed. Through the calcula-tion of the pipeline transportation model, it is known that the A-B2 pipeline cannot meet the safe throughput in 2036, so it needs to transport outward with water;the B2-C pipeline cannot meet the safe throughput in 2029, so it also needs to transport outward with water. Meanwhile, the displace-ment scheme for submarine pipelines of the transportation pipeline network supplying electricity to oil-fields with networking electricity supply is designed according to four different power-losing conditions. Through analysis and software simulation, the preheating scheme of A-B2 pipeline is determined to be reverse preheating, with preheating water flow of 100 m3/h and preheating time of 4.1 h. As to the B2-C pipeline, its preheating scheme is transporting the water of the water source well at B1 Platform to B2 Platform to preheat,with preheating water flow of 70 m3/h and preheating time of 47.4 h.
