新型摆杆式游梁抽油机

摘要

针对目前采油生产设备现状，提出了几种新型抽油机的类型，指出了今后抽油机的发展方向。主要介绍了摆杆式游梁抽油机的结构、工作原理及性能特点，并说明了3个节能特点，与常规游梁式抽油机相比，摆杆式游梁抽油机适合大负荷、长冲程，但不适合高冲次工况。最后，对存在的问题进行了阐述。%Aimed at recent situation of the oil producing equipment,several types of pumping unit are presented,and the developing trend is also given,The structure,working principle and characteristic of the swing-pod pumping unit are introduced,it has three energy saving features.Compared with the conrventional pumping unit,the swing-pod pumping unit is fitted for the high frequency condition.The exist problem is also presented finally.
