Portable pressure testing device of wellhead blowout preventer was developed to solve the problem that daily sealing pressure check was impossible for wellhead blowout preventer used to oilfield work-over in the work-over workplace. The pressure testing device made it possible to conduct daily sealing pressure check for wellhead blowout preventer in work-over operation site, and timely able to discover breakdown and safety hazard to improve the reliability and safety in the course of using wellhead blowout preventer. After being used in Changqing oil field,this pressure testing device is proved to have such features as reasonable design,advanced technology,convenient use,safe and reliable operation. It can meet the needs of daily sealing pressure check of wellhead blowout preventer and reduce safety incidents in work-over treatment.%针对油田修井用井口防喷器日常密封性试压检查不能在修井作业场实现的难题,研制了便携式井口防喷器试压装置.该试压装置能在修井作业现场对防喷器试验检查,及时发现存在的故障及安全隐患,提高井口防喷器使用的可靠性和安全性.现场应用表明:该试压装置设计合理,技术先进,使用方便,运行安全可靠,可满足井口防喷器的日常性密封试压检查的需要,能减少修井作业安全事故的发生.
