双作用多级滚柱转子油泵优化设计

摘要

介绍了国内外抽油泵的类型和特点,并分析了各自的优缺点.以获得专利的双作用滚柱转子泵结构为基础,优化了定子型线和转子槽型,改进了吸排液腔,设计了滚柱平衡装置.改进后有效地改善了滚柱的受力,提高了该型泵的效率和可靠性.%The advantage and the disadvantage of oil well pump,and the characteristic of domestic and foreign made oil well pump were discussed. The new type of multi stage and double-action roller rotary oil pump was developed which improves the force condition of roller,and pump efficiency and reliability are as follow ? Stator profile optimization ,stator flow improvement, designing balance column,and the rotor slot optimization.
