连续油管冲砂作业参数优化

             

摘要

长庆地区的气田属于典型的低压、低渗透气田,压裂技术成为增产的主要手段.在压裂施工过程中部分气井会出现压裂砂堵塞井筒的情况,采取相应的冲砂作业措施就尤为重要.由于地层压力低,传统的冲砂方法容易使冲砂液注入地层,使返排困难,对气层造成污染.连续油管冲砂作业过程受多种参数的影响,包括冲砂液成分、流速、堵塞物成分、堵塞处渗透率等,技术要求要高.另外,水平井中的冲砂问题也远比常规井要复杂.介绍了连续油管冲砂作业的特点,给出了相互作业参数的优化方法.%Fracturing technology is the main means of stimulation in Changqing gas field which is classified as typical low pressure and low permeability. However,in the process of fracturing some gas wells were blocked by the fracturing sand. So it is very important to adopt sand washing operations. Because of low pressure,formations in Changqing blocks were easy to be injected by sand washing fluid when conventional sand washing methods are used. It is difficult to finish flowback in that situation,causing formation contaminant. The process of coiled tubing sand washing is a function of multiple variables including fluid properties,flow velocities,particle properties and fill penetration rate. It becomes even more challenging to successfully remove fill from wells with low bottom hole pressure. The problem is further compounded by horizontal. In this article the characteristics of coiled tubing sand washing operation are introduced,and the operation parameters are optimized,then combining with the instance draws conclusions.
