TAML四级分支井关键工具研制

摘要

Now,multilateral well tool of foreign oilfield service company is widely used in oilfields of China,the rent and service fee of multilateral well tool is very high,so the cost of oilfield development is increased. In order to improve the production and recovery ratio of oil and gas of old oilfields in the Bohai sea and the South China sea,and reduce the cost of oilfield development,after researching on multilateral well technology, TAML level-4 multilateral well technology was thought to fit for needs of old oilfield development. Therefore,TAML level 4 multilateral well tool was finally to be developed. Through the test of simulate well,design of TAML level-4 multilateral well tool was proven reasonable,and some problems were found, which is helpful to modify the TAML level-4 Wells tool and oilfield test in the future.%国内油田目前广泛使用的是外国油田服务公司的分支井工具,租借及使用服务费用非常高,加大了油气田开发的成本.为了提高渤海地区和南海地区老油田油气产量和采收率,降低油田开发成本,在调研了国内外分支井技术后,认为TAML四级分支井技术能够比较好的满足老油田开发的需要,因此,研制了TAML四级分支井工具.通过模拟井试验,验证了TAML四级分支井工具设计是合理的,并发现了一些问题,为以后TAML四级分支井工具的改进及现场试验打下了基础.
