油管粘扣原因分析及控制措施

According to the analysis about the problems of tubing,the problems of thread gluing are in common. The quality was not qualified and wrong operation was the main reason of tubing thread gluing, which included soft materials, thread teeth didn' t match each other, the use of thread grease, man-made factor and so on. To decease the problems of tubing thread sticking, execute screw or unscrew thread strictly, thread protection stably should be increased,and standards and user manuals should be set up. This was practiced on well site and effective result was obtained.%对存在粘扣问题的油管进行分析,油管粘扣的主要原因是产品质量不合格和操作不当,即材质较软导致碰伤、螺纹牙型不符、螺纹脂使用不当等.提出严格上卸扣要求,增加螺纹防护可靠性,并制定了内控标准和用户使用手册.现场实施后,有效防止了油管粘扣.
