介绍了水平井完井要考虑的储层地质因素及基本原则和国内外典型服务公司水平井选择性完井技术的特点、应用效果及其管柱方案.分析了筛管和套管注水泥组合完井、筛管和管外封隔器组合完井、管外封隔器和滑套组合完井等水平井分段完井技术特点及应用情况、技术难点和解决措施.应用管外封隔器、生产滑套等工具进行水平井分段完井极大地降低了水平井完井成本,不仅实现了水平井的稳产,还可以有效抑制水平井的底水突进现象,控制含水的上升.水平井分段完井应成为今后水平井完井的主要方式.%The thesis introduced geologic factor of reservoir and fundamental principles for horizontal well completion, technical difficulties and solutions for horizontal well completion were analyzed;performance and application of several segregated completion programs for horizontal well were described, such as screen and casing cementing combination completion, screen and external casing packer combination completion,external casing packer and sliding sleeve combination completion; described features,application results and completion string of several horizontal well selective completion programs developed by international and domestic service companies. The use of production tools such as external casing packer and sliding sleeve in segregated completion of horizontal well dramatically reduces completion cost to achieve stable yields ,arrest bottom water coning,and dominate water cut. Segregated completion well should be the primary well completion system for horizontal well.
