随钻地层压力测量装置数字样机建立与模拟

         

摘要

Formation pressure test while drilling (FPWD) can provide powerful guarantee for drilling in efficient and safety . Because the drilling process exists extreme situation,such as high temperature and high pressure and large load,so its technical key is to form a reliable device of formation pressure test while drilling,guaranteeing the stability of the testing process and reliability of testing data. This paper builds the FPWD digital prototype using SolidWorks software in a virtual environment for optimization design, motion simulation, mechanical testing and potential design flaws testing. The FPWD digital prototype provides an advance inspection and interactive adjustment platform for the reliability of the design and the mechanical stability of the FPWD devices-voiding the problems of FPWD device in actual processing and testing.%随钻地层压力测量(FPWD)技术可为高效安全钻井提供有力保障.由于钻井过程中存在高温、高压和大载荷等极端情况,因此其关键技术是设计性能可靠的随钻地层压力测量装置,保证测试过程的稳定性与测试数据可靠性.利用SolidWorks软件构建FPWD装置的数字样机,在虚拟环境中进行优化设计、运动模拟、力学性能测试,检测潜在设计缺陷,为FPWD装置设计的可行性、力学稳定性提供预先检验及互动调整的良好平台,避免了FPWD装置实际加工与测试中出现的问题.
