空心可调配水器优化研究与应用

             

摘要

针对目前空心式分层注水工艺技术存在的测调工作量大、水嘴调节难度大、分注管柱局限性等问题,研制了空心可调配水器.结合测调一体化技术,采用边测边调的方式对注水井同时进行测试与调配,不需进行吸水指示曲线测定和水嘴计算,仪器一次下井实时测试和调配各个层位.调配方法更符合注水井工作状态,避免了分层测试的压力影响,使配注量调节更准确,同时提高了工作效率,减小了工作量.现场应用50多井次,平均测调时间由24h缩短至8h,调配准确率达90%以上.%Integrated hollow water segregator was developed for there were many problems existed was the hollow separated layer water injection technology such as the mass work in allocating, the difficulties in the adjusting of water gate and the limitations of the tubular column. Working together with other allocating instruments,the segregator could test and allocate all the layers simultaneously without the measurement of bibulous instructions curve and the calculation of water gate. This allocating method is more congruously to the normal conditions of the injection wells. It avoids the effects of pressure in zonal testing and makes the allocation more accurate and efficient. It has been used in the oilfield for more than 50 times with allocating accuracy above 90%. And it shortened the allocating time from 24 hours to 8 hours.
