In order to determine a suitable detection method for the crack of the crank pin of an inservice pumping unit,experimental study was carried out.Research shows that,the thread testing requirements of JB/T4730.3 2005 chapter 7 can be used as a testing basis,using small angle to the longitudinal wave straight probe can detect the initial crack of the cone,accurate judgments and positioning.Detection method is based on the results:JB/T4730.3 2005 can be used as the testing standards.Reference block should be similar to the acoustic performance of the seized crank pin,the structure size is the same,processing grooving is easy to crack parts.Suitable for detection of the angle calculated according to the drawings of the crank pin.Thereby selecting a probe's suitable angle of refraction,small surface cracks can be detected in accordance with certain procedures.The application results show that this detection method is efficient and reliable,applying this method to detect the in-service pumping unit crank pin,the crank pin fracture can be avoided.%为确定一种适合在役抽油机曲柄销裂纹的检测方法,进行了试验研究.结果表明:JB/T4730.3-2005第7章的螺纹检测要求可以作为检测依据,采用小角度纵波直探头可以探测锥面的初始裂纹,进行准确判断和定位.根据研究结果提出了检测方法:JB/T4730.3-2005可作为检测标准;对比试块应与被检曲柄销声学性能相近,结构尺寸相同,在容易产生裂纹的部位加工切槽;根据曲柄销图纸计算适合检测的角度,从而选择适合的探头折射角;按照一定的程序可检测出较小的表面裂纹.应用结果表明:本检测方法高效可靠,应用本方法对在役抽油机曲柄销进行检测,可避免曲柄销断裂.
