自膨胀封隔器封压性能技术分析

摘要

介绍了自膨胀封隔器的结构和特点.膨胀橡胶材料、封隔器尺寸和防突环结构是影响封隔器的封压性能的关键因素.根据有限元分析、试验对比等方法,提出了提高自膨胀封隔器封压性能的主要措施.以美国巴肯页岩油藏应用的自膨胀封隔器为例,证明自膨胀封隔器在多级分段压裂完井中可有效封隔层段,且成本低.%Structure and features are introduced. Rubber, dimensions and backup-ring are key elements of sealing property. Based on finite element analysis and experiments, methods are mentioned to increase the property. Examples of using self-expandable packers in Bakken Shale in A-merican are listed to provide that self-expandable packer can seal the annular in multi-stage fracture effectually and reduce the cost.
