Hollow and integrated injection allocation technology controls the injection rate of dif-ferent layers by multiple throttles,the relation between multi-throttle pressure loss and flow rate can be used to choose throttle specify.With theoretical analysis,the throttle structure of hollow and integrated water injector meet the condition of thin round wall-orifice flow.By experimental investigation,discharge coefficients of throttle with different quantity and different diameter were obtained,the theoretical analysis was proved to be correct,relation between multi-throttle pres-sure loss and flow rate for field application was derived.%空心集成配注技术采用多个水嘴来控制注水井各层段注入量,得到水嘴压力损失与流量的关系,有助于指导作业现场的水嘴选择。通过理论分析可知,空心集成配水器水嘴结构满足薄壁圆形小孔出流条件。设计了水嘴嘴损试验,得到不同水嘴个数和不同直径水嘴的流量系数,验证了理论分析的正确性,并得到可应用于现场的水嘴压力损失与流量的关系式。
