为了分析套管柱的受力,建立水泥浆候凝期间相变热传导的数学模型及套管柱的力学模型,利用已知力和位移混合边界来模拟候凝期间水泥浆与套管的作用状态,推导出水泥浆候凝期间对套管柱作用力的计算公式。构造间隙元来模拟套管与井壁随机接触状态,建立水泥浆候凝期间套管柱力学分析方法。采用该方法对大庆油田徐深44井候凝期间的套管井口载荷进行计算。利用TS3828型动态电子应变仪对该井进行现场测试,其理论计算值与实测值符合率为98%。因此,采用该方法能准确计算水泥浆凝固期间套管头的附加载荷,设计出合理的封固段长度,指导固井施工。%In order to analyze the forces of the casing string,the phase-change heat conduction mathematical model about the cement and mechanical model about the casing were established during waiting-on cement.The given force and displacement mixed borders are utilized to simulate the interaction state between the cement and the casing during waiting-on cement and structuring gap element to simulate random contact condition between the casing and the wellbore.The me-chanical analysis technique of the casing during waiting-on cement was established.The casing’s well head load of Xushen 44 well during waiting-on cement in Daqing oilfield was trialed by this method.TS3828 dynamic electronic strain indicator was used to test this well on-site.The coinci-dence rate obtained between the theoretical calculated value and measured was 98%.Therefore, the additional load of the casing head during waiting-on cement and design appropriate cementing length can be accurately calculated.It can be a good guidance for cementing operation and design.
