分析了油管紧急脱离悬挂工具的设计要点;根据工具的总体设计方案,结合海上作业的特点,对工具主体结构和密封结构进行分析,并运用有限元软件对关键部位作力学分析。对作业效果分析表明:在油管下放过程遇到紧急情况时,使用工具悬挂住油管比直接回收油管节省大量时间。%Analysis of the emergency production tubing hang-off tool design elements was made, according to the tool’s design scheme that combines the characteristics of offshore operations,the main structure of the tool and sealing structure were designed and analyzed,using finite element software for mechanical analysis of key parts.Effect on operation analysis shows that the in a rig emergency using the tool will save a lot of time.
