In oil production,due to the formation of sand and fine particles from the output of the formation,they are easy to block the screen and casing annulus,resulting in permeability decrea-ses,causing well productivity decreased gradually and screen erosion damage,conventional sand washing string in many times ripping,operation process is relatively cumbersome and sand opera-tion cycle is longer.In view of the above questions,this paper in the sand washing solution tech-nology is studied based on the combination of the actual data and the data were sand washing string design,detailed design tool,developed to meet the field sand washing plugging tool require-ments,and provide technical support for washing sand plugging of sand control wells.%在油井生产过程中,由于地层砂以及细颗粒从地层产出,容易堵塞筛管和筛套环空,导致渗透性降低,造成油井产能逐渐降低以及筛管冲蚀破坏等问题。常规的冲砂管柱需要下入多趟管柱,作业过程相对繁琐,同时冲砂作业周期较长。在对当前冲砂解堵技术进行调研的基础上,结合现场生产资料和数据进行了管柱和工具设计,研制出满足现场冲砂解堵需求的工具,为防砂井冲砂解堵提供技术保障。
