地下储气库注采压缩机可靠性维修管理模式

         

摘要

Traditional break-down maintenance mode,which cannot allocate limited maintenance resources reasonably,has difficulty in meeting the maintenance demands on high reliability and safety of large rejection and production compressors in underground natural gas storage.Based on the reliability-centered maintenance theory,the risk assessment method for rejection and produc-tion compressors in underground natural gas storage has been established,and the decision-mak-ing analysis based on reliability-centered maintenance has also been carried out.The failure mode and specified failure reasons for parts under different risk levels have been identified,as well as the maintenance strategies and tasks have been made.The integrity management system docu-ments and professional information management?system for rejection and production compres-sors have been developed and put into service.The application results show that the equipment management mode lead to more rational allocation for maintenance resources as well as guarantee the reliability and safety of rejection and production compressors in underground natural gas storage.%传统的事后维修模式不能合理分配有限的维修资源,难以满足地下储气库大型注采压缩机可靠性和安全性要求。基于动设备以可靠性为中心的维修管理理念,建立了地下储气库注采压缩机风险评价方法,开展了以可靠性为中心的维修决策分析,辨识出高中风险故障模式、故障原因与关键部件,制定了针对故障原因的维修策略与任务。建立了由程序文件和作业文件组成的注采压缩机完整性管理文件,开发了地下储气库注采压缩机专业管理系统,形成了一套地下储气库注采压缩机以可靠性为中心的维修管理模式。应用实践表明,该设备管理模式可更合理配置维修资源,保障了地下储气库注采压缩机的可靠与安全运行。
