再谈防喷器远程控制台三位四通转阀手柄位置问题

摘要

为正确操作和合理使用防喷器，确保防喷器工作可靠和关井封井安全，以《防喷器控制装置三位四通转阀手柄位置分析》一文为例，进一步论证了正常钻井中手柄位置问题。通过液压控制原理分析并查阅文献资料，认为该文的观点值得商榷，国外标准在该方面也存在问题。指出了正常钻井中防喷器与液动阀三位四通转阀手柄的合理位置为中位，位于开位和关位都存在井控安全隐患。%For the correct operation and reasonable use of the BOPs,ensuring BOPs work reliably and close the well safely,the paper of “The Analysis about the Position of Three-Position and Four-Way Valve on the Blowout Preventer Remote Console”is taken as a case to further demon-strate the handle position problem during normal drilling operations.Through the hydraulic con-trol principle analysis and consulting literature data,the viewpoints in the article should be delib-erated,foreign standards also has the problem in this aspect.It was pointed out that the reasona-ble position of the BOPs and hydraulic three-position and four-way valve is neutral during normal drilling operations.The well control safety risks exit if the control valves are located in open and close position.
