Currently,as the conventional mast and substructure of drilling rig are raised,the A-frame of mast is still placed on the drilling platform and takes up space.Moreover,the phenome-non of centre of gravity off-set that effect the raising balance exists in the raising process of the substructure.The advantages of the mast with folding A-frame are that the A-frame can be folded and placed under the drilling platform so as to increase the actual usable area of the platform after the mast is raised.Upon analyzing the raising force of mast,hook load calculation and three-di-mensions modeling,the strength analysis of mast and substructure under various working condi-tions is performed to meet the special applications of the drilling rig structure pattern and function on emerging drilling rig market.%传统钻机的井架底座在起升后井架和人字架均在钻台面以上,占用了钻台空间,并且底座起升过程之中存在重心偏斜现象,影响起升平衡。折叠人字架式井架的优点是在井架起升后,将人字架折叠至台面以下,增大了钻台上的实际使用面积,采用分体结构起升,平稳无偏斜。通过井架起升力及钩载计算以及三维建模分析,对井架底座在各个工况下进行强度分析,以满足新型钻井市场对钻机结构型式和功能等方面的特殊使用要求。
