连续油管多次循环开关阀研制

摘要

为了解决连续油管钻磨碎屑返排技术难题,研制了一种旁通可以反复打开和关闭的多次循环开关阀.该阀采用流体激发原理,有旁通关闭时流体全部流向钻头、旁通打开时流体全部流向环空2种工作状态,通过开、关泵控制工具在这2种模式下进行反复切换.室内试验结果表明,该开关阀换位顺畅,通过开、关泵,旁通能够顺利打开和关闭.%To solve the coiled tubing drilling cuttings flowback technology difficult problem,a multiple activated circulation valve that can be turned on or closed many times was worked out.The circulation valve provides two flow modes:bypass ports closed with flow flowing to the bit only,and bypass ports opened with flow flowing to the annulus.The circulation valve can be manipulated between two flow modes by flow,only controlled the pump.All the laboratory experiment results show that the circulation valve transposition is fluent and bypass would be able to open and close.
