一种消耗型压裂封隔器研制

摘要

The main fractured packers used in industry finish the seal movement by the radial deformation of the rubber sleeve.But the present rubber sleeve cannot endure the high temperature and corrosion.When fracture operation,the rubber sleeve is easily transmutative to invalidate the packer.Therefore,a consuming fractured packer is developed and this kind of packer contains central tube,spacing ring,centralizer,slip bow,slip,cone and burning component,and so on.This consuming fractured packer can ensure the effect of the slip.As a result of the burning component,unfreezing,heat the reservoir can be realized to reduce the viscosity of the heavy oil,enhance the heavy oil recovery and meet the requirements of the fracturing operation.%油田压裂封隔器通常是通过胶筒的径向变形实现封隔动作,但现有胶筒耐高温与腐蚀性能较差,压裂操作时,容易变形,导致封隔器失效.研制了一种消耗型压裂封隔器,主要由中心管、限位环、扶正块、卡瓦座、卡瓦、锥体、耐压胶筒燃烧组件等组成.该封隔器卡瓦坐封安全可靠;通过燃烧组件燃烧封隔器实现解卡,且能加热储层,降低稠油黏度,提高稠油采收率.该封隔器可满足压裂施工的要求.
