文中油田耐温抗盐微球深部调驱技术研究

         

摘要

Since entering into the late development stage of high water cut, the main layers of Wenzhong oilifeld have been watered seriously, and the remaining oil distributes highly scattered, which results in poor water driving effect. Inlfuencing by high temperature and high salinity, conventional granular proifle controlling and lfooding agent is not suitable because of big diameter, invalidity of deep formation plugging and short validity period. Based on these situations, research on mechanism of gel microspheres for deep proifle controlling and lfooding was developed. A kind of cross-linked polymer gel in Nano-size was synthesized by using micro-emulsion polymerization method, which is distributed evenly in water, and could easily arrive at the injected formation and swelled slowly when meeting water. Due to these features, the goal of synchronous coordination of water plugging controlling and lfooding can be meet, which means that a gel microspheres with high temperature and salinity resistance was established for deep proifle controlling and lfood-ing. This system was applied in 11 well groups in Blocks Wen10 and Wen25, and‘PI+FD’ proifle controlling and injection parameter comprehensive adjustment method was designed during the ifeld operation process. Good results have been achieved with increasing 21.35×104 t of water driving reserve and 3 562 t oil production form corresponding wells.%文中油田进入高含水开发后期,主力油层水淹严重、剩余油分布高度零散、水驱效果差。受油藏高温、高盐的影响,常规颗粒型调驱剂存在粒径大、不能有效实现地层深部封堵、有效期短的难题。据此开展了冻胶微球深部调驱机理研究,采用微乳聚合方法合成了纳米级的交联聚合物冻胶凝胶,具有水中均匀分散、易进入注水地层后缓慢吸水膨胀的特性,达到了调(堵)、驱协调同步的目的,形成了耐温抗盐的冻胶微球深部调驱剂体系。该体系先后在文10块、文25块试验应用11个井组,并在现场实施过程中配套建立了“PI+FD”调驱注入参数综合调整方法,增加水驱动用储量21.35×104 t,对应油井累计增油3562 t,取得了较好的应用效果。
