阿姆河右岸B区井身结构优化研究与应用

         

摘要

阿姆河右岸天然气项目是中国石油和土库曼斯坦能源合作的重要项目。其中,阿姆河右岸B区地质环境复杂,钻井难度高、风险大,给钻探工作带来诸多困难和挑战,同时对井身结构的设计和优化提出了较高的要求。在简要分析了该地区地质复杂情况及工程钻井技术难点的基础上,结合前期的钻井工程实践,综合考虑各种因素,对该地区的井身结构进行了优化和研究,提出了应根据地层浅部有无次生气藏和高压水而采用四开和三开的井身结构,优化设计后的井身结构方案在该地区进行了推广应用,均大幅缩短了钻井周期71.85 d~126 d,提高了钻井速度5%~42%,取得了较好的应用效果。%The natural gas project at the right bank of Amu Darya is a signiifcant cooperation project between Petro China and Turkmenistan in the ifeld of energy. In this Project, due to the complicated geological environment, high drilling dififculty and high risk in Block B, the drilling and exploration operations will face many dififculties and challenges, and high requirements are come up with for the design and optimization of wellbore conifguration. In this study, based on brief analysis of the complicated geological environ-ment and dififculties in drilling technologies, combined with the previous drilling experiences and taking into account various factors, we put forward the 4th-spud and 3rd-spud wellfore conifguration based on whether there was secondary gas pool and high pressure water in shallow formations. The optimized wellbore conifguration has been promoted and applied in this Block, which has greatly shortened drilling period by 71.85 days to 126 days, improved the drilling rate by 5%to 42%, achieving favorable application effectiveness.
